Our Quest in 2013

Clean, sparkling, full flavoured, brilliant tap-served beers.  This has always been a key part of our independent brewing philosophy.  From Full Steam Pale lager’s delicate mineralized taste to Brunswick Bitter’s robust, uniquely Australian and edgy character, we like to keep our beers clean and fresh. We do this because we are obsessed with quality, taste and freshness. 

But in 2013, we plan to hop things up, just a little.  We don’t intend to waiver from our commitment to clean and fresh beers.  We do intend to experiment with new, hop aroma driven beers and the right balance of flavour and bitterness.  Australia offers some incredible new hop varieties, which are rarely used or brewed in the classic Thunder Road way.  So expect plenty of action, and lots of fun in 2013.
