A third generation Brunswick local and dedicated craft beer lover. Philip is guiding the team, providing the right tools and setting the ambitions high to achieve one objective: "spoil Australian Craft Beer lovers".
HARVEY: Chief Brewer
Harvey, a California native, taught himself to make beer in his parents’ garage at a very young age. His misspent youth caught up with him, so a degree in Biochemistry and a Masters of Brewing found him back on the right path to craft beer discovery. Hailing from the West Coast of North America, Harvey now lives in Brunswick.
Marcus: Brewer
Melbourne born and bred, he also lives locally in Brunswick. Marcus translates for Harvey! He’s also an accomplished brewer with food pairing experience.
GORDON: Delivery
